AgriActuals works alongside Xero

When you connect AgriActuals, your Xero organisation remains your primary accounting record. AgriActuals reads authorised data and creates a separate reporting classification for analysis. It does not overwrite your original Xero transaction coding or chart of accounts.

Authorised access through OAuth 2.0

AgriActuals uses Xero's OAuth 2.0 connection model. You sign in through Xero, review the requested permissions and authorise access directly with Xero. Your Xero password is never shared with AgriActuals.

OAuth 2.0 is a protocol that allows an app to access a user's account after approval, using permission scopes and access tokens rather than the user's password. (Xero Developer)

AgriActuals is being developed to meet the relevant Xero App Partner certification requirements and integration best practices, including secure authentication, customer onboarding, data handling, support documentation and reliable connection management.
